Refund & Return Policy

At Global SIM Cards, our goal is to keep you connected wherever your journey takes you. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund & Return Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and the conditions that apply.

By purchasing any SIM or eSIM product from Global SIM Cards, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are available only under the specific conditions listed below.

✅ You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM has not been activated, meaning the QR code has not been scanned and the plan has not started.
  • Your device is not compatible with eSIM technology, and you notify us within 7 days of purchase.
  • You experience technical issues that prevent the service from working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • You purchased the SIM or eSIM by mistake and it has not been used or activated.
  • You have not collected or used your physical SIM card.

❌ Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The eSIM or SIM has been activated or partially used.
  • An incorrect delivery address was provided for a physical SIM.
  • Your device is locked or incompatible, and compatibility was not checked prior to purchase.
  • You change your mind after completing the purchase.
  • You expected features (such as voice calls or SMS) that were not included in your selected plan.
  • Connectivity issues occur due to poor coverage in remote or rural areas where local network strength is limited.
  • Any data allowance has been used, even minimally.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@globalsimcards.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that the SIM or eSIM has not been used or activated

Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days and inform you of the outcome.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where service is partially affected due to a verified technical fault not caused by user error, Global SIM Cards may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

For physical SIM orders, if the service itself has not been used, we will refund only the cost of the SIM plan. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

5. Right to Decline Refund Requests

Global SIM Cards reserves the right to decline refund requests if:

  • The request appears fraudulent or abusive
  • There is evidence of SIM usage, activation, or tampering
  • The customer has a history of repeated refund requests without valid reason
  • Our delivery partner confirms that a physical SIM was successfully delivered
